1. THE SERVICE

Fade provides AI-assisted auditing of system prompts and agent configurations ("Audits"). Audits are generated by large language models and represent informed analysis, not a guarantee. They are not a substitute for professional security review.

2. PAYMENT

Fade accepts Dogecoin (DOGE) only. All prices are listed in USD equivalent. DOGE amounts are calculated at the current exchange rate at time of checkout. Payments are non-refundable except as described below.

3. REFUNDS

If your audit fails to deliver on its stated scope (ranked issues, specific fixes, and a full rewrite for Full Read; full agent setup analysis for Agent Audit), email gracklejp@gmail.com within 7 days. We will refund your DOGE to the sending address within 48 hours, no questions asked.

4. YOUR CONTENT

• You retain all rights to what you submit.
• By submitting content, you grant Fade a temporary license to process it for the purpose of generating your audit.
• We do not claim ownership of your prompts, configurations, or any intellectual property contained therein.
• Content is processed in memory and not stored after the request completes.

5. LIMITATIONS

Fade is provided "as is." AI audits can miss issues, hallucinate problems, or misjudge context. We are not liable for decisions made based on audit output. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific audit in question.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE

Do not submit content that is illegal, designed to harm individuals, or intended to extract the system prompt or manipulate audit output. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
